This Privacy Policy explains how AAI IT Consultancy & Services Pty Ltd (ACN 618 425 915), which operates GetForge ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use GetForge at getforge.studio. We are based in Australia and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

• Your name and email address when you create an account, subscribe, or contact us.
• Content you submit while using the service.

Builds & prompts

• The prompts you enter and the applications ("builds") you generate, so we can create, host, and let you manage them.
• If you connect a custom domain, the domain name and related DNS details.

Google sign-in data

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier (sub) to create and authenticate your account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data solely to provide sign-in and account features, and we never sell it.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number.

Technical information

• IP address, device/browser type, and usage data, via standard server logs and cookies, to operate and secure the service.

• Provide, operate, and improve GetForge.
• Authenticate your account and secure the service.
• Process purchases and provide support.
• Send updates only where you have opted in — unsubscribe any time.
• Meet legal, tax, and security obligations.

3. Legal basis & consent

We process your information based on your consent, to perform our contract with you, and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — payment (Stripe), email delivery, hosting and infrastructure, and authentication providers — and only as needed. We never sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

• Access & correction — request a copy of, or correction to, your data.
• Deletion — request deletion at /data-deletion.
• Unsubscribe — one-click in every marketing email.

7. Deleting your data

To delete the personal information we hold about you, visit /data-deletion or email support@getforge.studio with the subject "Delete my data". We action verified requests within 30 days.

The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
