These Terms govern your access to and use of GetForge (getforge.studio), operated by AAI IT Consultancy & Services Pty Ltd (ACN 618 425 915) ("we", "us", "our"). By using GetForge, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
GetForge lets you describe an application and generate, host, and manage it with the help of AI. Features, limits, and pricing may evolve over time.
You're responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 16 to use GetForge.
You agree not to use GetForge to create, host, or distribute anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, or that violates the rights of others; and not to abuse, overload, probe, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service, or resell access without our permission.
You retain ownership of the content and applications you create ("Builds"). You grant us the licence needed to host, store, process, and display your Builds solely to operate the service. You're responsible for your Builds and for holding the rights to any material you include in them.
Paid features run on credits and/or subscriptions billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you purchase. Credits are consumed as you use generation, compute, and hosting. Except where required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), payments are non-refundable. Hosting of your Builds continues subject to your plan and to these Terms.
The GetForge platform, its software, and its branding are owned by AAI IT Consultancy & Services Pty Ltd (ACN 618 425 915) and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property except the right to use the service as permitted.
GetForge relies on third parties (for example AI providers, Stripe, and hosting/infrastructure). Their terms may also apply to your use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors or omissions — you're responsible for reviewing it before you rely on or publish it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAI IT Consultancy & Services Pty Ltd (ACN 618 425 915) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may stop using GetForge at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm. On termination your right to use the service ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
